Anchor Lodge is a beautiful accommodation establishment nestling in picturesque surroundings on the banks of the River Wye at Ross. All five guest rooms are tastefully appointed, three of which have lovely river views. All rooms are en suite and are furnished with immaculate starched white linen beds, towels, a television, hairdryer and refreshment tray and one of the rooms has an extra pull out guest bed.

Proprietors, Chas and Judy can cater for large parties, working in conjunction with their sister establishment, the White House Guest House which is located just across the road. Both speak a little German and French and have a sound knowledge of the local area and of what activities or attractions are available. For those keen on fishing there could not be a better place to stay. Chas and Judy can also arrange canoeing, horse riding, golf and there are many interesting places to visit in this area of outstanding natural beauty.
