John
and Hilary Draper would like to welcome you to Broome Farm, their
beautiful 300 year old farmhouse bed and breakfast establishment.
Broome Farm is situated at Peterstow, just three and a half miles
from the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye and is set in outstandingly
beautiful and tranquil countryside. Broome Farm has been owned
by Hilary's family for the last 70 years and is attached to her
brother's cider farm where there are acres of orchards from which
their home produced cider is made.

As
well as offering first class B & B acommodation, which comprises
two double bedrooms and a family room, all of which are en suite,
John and Hilary also offer evening meals in their beautifully
furnished, licensed Cider Press restaurant. This unique restaurant
offers a fantastic range of home cooked cuisine blending modern
with traditional farmhouse cooking. Many of the dishes available
incorporate some of their delicious home produced cider. The restaurant
is open to non residents, however, due to its popularity and being
dependant on how many people are in residence, booking in advance
is essential.
The
lounge at Broome Farm is furnished in truly traditional, rustic
style and is very homely. What better place to relax and enjoy
a jug of cider or welcoming cup of tea? During the cooler months,
a roaring log fire is lit, enhancing the already welcoming atmosphere.

Guests
at Broome Farm are welcome to take a stroll through the lovely
orchards, perhaps taking a packed lunch to enjoy a picnic along
the way. You may like to enjoy a cream tea in the picturesque
gardens upon your return and watch the small herd of Alpacas grazing
in the paddock. The tea garden is open in the afternoons from
Easter to the end of September and there are a range of homemade
scones and cakes available, including Broome Farms own cider cake.
Guests are also welcome to pay a visit to the Cider Cellar and
sample some of the excellent ciders and perries which are produced
on the farm.
