following eight pages of scanned images are of Ross-on-Wye advertisements
found within the pages of the 1905 Burrow's Wye Valley Guide and
are reproduced here courtesy of Robert Sedman of Ross, who kindly
supplied them for the site by posting a CD through my door. Although
the guide is ninety nine years old at the time of my adding them
to this web site, at least two of the businesses are still actively
a part of Ross-on-Wye today. Most of the buildings pictured still
exist. |
