Jon and Sue Powell offer you a warm welcome to Eastview, their delightful country home offering excellent, spacious and luxurious self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation.

Eastview is situated in beautiful Herefordshire countryside just three miles from the market town of Ross-on-Wye and is conveniently placed three miles from junction three of the M50. Some of the most picturesque places in England are just a stone's throw away in this designated area of outstanding natural beauty.

This lovely house is just a short drive away from Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat, the Forest of Dean and the Malvern Hills and the Cities of Hereford and Gloucester are within easy reach. There is an abundance of places of both historic and scenic interest to visit, and many activities for visitors to enjoy.

Eastview Self Catering

A luxury 4 star self contained annexe for 2 people. The perfect retreat to enjoy a romantic break and is a great place to unwind and relax in a 'space of your own'.

The accommodation is fitted to a high standard and the ground floor offers contemporary styled, open plan living/dining/kitchen areas, all of which are beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you should need to make your accommodation feel more than a home from home. For your entertainment, there is a 28" LCD television with Freeview, a DVD player and a Wi-Fi facility. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and is fitted with a luxury shower / bath, with room enough for two and complimentary toiletries are provided. The light and spacious double bedroom is accessed by a modern spiral staircase and has a super king sized bed with luxury bedding. The bed can be set up as two twin beds if required.

A welcome hamper awaits all guests and includes wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and fresh flowers and ample towels and tea towels are provided for your stay. The unit has its own patio garden with outdoor lights, patio table and chairs and a bubble pool. Off street parking is also available.

Eastview Bed and Breakfast

As well as providing outstanding self catering accommodation, Jon and Sue can now offer excellent bed and breakfast accommodation. The same attention to detail and level of cleanliness applies here and there is a choice of two luxury en suite rooms, each of which are stylishly furnished and individually designed with your comfort in mind. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer and a hospitality tray, a sofa, an LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. Wi-Fi is also available.

The Weston Room is the larger of the two rooms and has a super comfortable king sized bed, with quality bedding. This room has a large en suite with double ended roll top bath, with room enough for two, a large separate shower, a bidet, a heated towel rail and 'his and hers' basins.

The Linton Room is a spacious double bedroom which is located on the ground floor of Eastview. This room enjoys the most elegant decor including a chandelier, candle wall lights and a thick luxury carpet. The bed is a luxury King sized bed with quality bedding. The en suite in the Linton Room comprises a large shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory, where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the landscaped garden and the stunning countryside beyond as you eat your delicious Herefordshire breakfast prepared using the very best local produce. A continental style breakfast can be provided if you prefer.

Sue and Jon have strived to ensure that Eastview is a suitable environment for those with allergies and therefore are unable to accommodate pets. The bedding is of a luxury, non feather variety and all soft furnishings are made from non allergic materials. Eastview is also a non smoking environment.
