Everybody
Fitness was created to enhance lifestyle changes within the community
and proprietor, Shelley Gwilliam wanted to reach out to everybody
to give them the opportunity to enable them to enjoy their training.
This is achieved within a fun environment which also creates a
social network between members. Shelley feels that Everybody Fitness
offers a personal and very individual service, which some feel
they don't find when training within a gym environment.

The Cardiac Rehab group have been training together for over 3
years and continue to enjoy the class and each others company.
Likewise the 50+ keep fit class is fun packed, enjoyed by an active
group who also meet outside the class. They enjoy their after
class coffee almost as much as the class itself. Shelley feels
this environment aids her members reach their individual goals
and finds it fantastic and rewarding seeing her members enjoy
themselves whilst making the behaviour changes required with ease.

from 9.30 until 10.30am. This class is specifically for members

health condition. It's a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance
training. It is a fun class and has been running for over three
years but all are welcome and new members quickly become part
of the team.

exercises. Those who need to work whilst seated are able to do
so as all exercises are adapted to suit individual needs. These
