Farr Cottages are a group of four self catering cottages which are situated in beautiful Herefordshire countryside at Llangarron, just five miles from the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye. These picturesque cottages are set in peaceful surroundings, yet are convenient to both Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth. They are the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all. Subject to availability, you may book more than one cottage if you are thinking of holding a large reunion or family gathering.

Proprietor, Angela Farr has made every effort to ensure your comfort. All of the cottages are tastefully furnished and are equipped with all you need to make your accommodation feel like a home from home The facilities at Farr Cottages vary slightly from unit to unit and can accommodate various numbers of persons. For example, The Granary can sleep between six and ten people, The Barn House and The Owl's Nest, being identical can accommodate two to six persons and the Wagoners Cottage, a single storey building can sleep between two and four. A highchair and cot may be supplied upon request.

Typical facilities at Farr Cottages include a cooker, a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave oven and all utensils. For details of what each individual cottage has to offer, please click the appropriate link above. All of the cottages have colour television, DVD players, CD players and radios. All have central heating, very well equipped kitchens and private parking and gardens. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also supplied.

All cottages have a comprehensive list of useful telephone numbers on display and include the numbers of local doctors, hospitals, vets etc. in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the tariffs for Farr Cottages, however you are welcome to hire these if you don't wish to bring your own with you.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you by prior arrangement. Pets are permitted in two of the properties, Owls Nest and Barn House but are not allowed in the bedrooms .

Farr Cottages is within easy reach of many local attractions, including the beautiful Symonds Yat, Goodrich Castle, Ross Heritage Centre and many other places of scenic and historic interest.
