Filmed at
Soudley Ponds in the Forest
of Dean, this short sequence shows the Forest in May time,
when the bluebells are at their best.
Whilst filming
the bluebells, in the woods near the ponds, two wild deer approached
me. Normally when I go out to try to specifically film deer they
hide but in this case, they came up close, unexpectedly and virtually
posed for the camera. The
film also shows wood anemone and some of the trickling streams
which feed the ponds.
The film can
be watched full screen by clicking the button at the right hand
side of the progress bar. If
your computer or internet connection is not the fastest, HD can
also be switched off but the quality of video reproduction will
not be quite as good.
