Medieval Entertainment at Goodrich Castle 2003 - Page Two


Continued from page one, this page shows various tournaments taking place, with the knights using a whole range of weapons and tactics. This developed into a melee which was only brought to an end by the cry, 'The pubs are now open!'

The brave knights certainly deserved their beer as the armour adds at least a stone to their weight and the fighting is not choreographed - the bruises are real!
