| Comment: Congratulations for a very interesting website. We were amazed by the number of photographs we could get of our former hometown. And a bit dissapointed that those who nicked the ross-on-wye domains didn't manage to setup something similar. Perhaps they should sell the domain to the owners of wyenot.com - why not? | |||||

| Comment: What a wonderful town. I was born there in 1948. Played along the Wye river. Explored the Chase woods. Slide down tank meadow on a sled. Would love to see what Ross has grown into since I left in 1957. Still talk of Ross as home. | |||||

Comment: I visited Ross-on-Wye as a child and am due to return as an adult in November this year (2002). Browsing this website was great and my thanks go those who created it. My family history lies within the area so I am very much looking forward to my visit. After my great aunty Emily passed away at the age of 93, the cottage (located on the river Wye) which once owned by my family was unfortunately sold. I look forward to re-visiting the two places I hold fond memories of - the library and the ol Oops, I obviously went over the word limit. The last sentence was meant to read: I look forward to re-visiting the two places I hold fond memories of - the library and the old cottage. |
