Holly Tree House is situated in idyllic surroundings at Symonds Yat West amid the woodland with beautiful views of the Wye rapids and surrounding countryside. This Victorian house can accommodate up to twenty people and is the perfect location for holding family, school or university reunions, team building conferences, hen nights. An ideal base for large walking, canoeing or cycling groups looking for accommodation with exclusive use.

This is an ideal get away from it all location, perfect for spotting local wildlife such as foxes or deer yet is just a few miles from Ross-on-Wye and the ancient town of Monmouth should you wish to visit the shops or local places of interest. Goodrich Castle is also very near, as is Yat Rock, where there are views across multiple counties and the nesting Peregrine Falcons can be seen.

There are two lounges for guests to use at Holly Tree House, both of which are comfortably furnished and complete with real fires to make a homely atmosphere. The large dining / conference room has sliding doors that lead out onto the patio, where you may wish to hold a barbecue, whilst taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding area.

The large kitchen is very well equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave oven along with everything else you might need. There is also a washer / dryer and a drying room complete with extra towels, should you require them.

There are eight comfortably furnished bedrooms at Holly Tree House, six of which are en suite and all rooms have a television. Families with young children are easily accommodated as there are cots and bunk beds available as well as baby alarms and high chairs. Well behaved dogs are also welcome to stay.

In the grounds of Holly Tree house is a hot tub house for guests to enjoy during their stay. It is available to use at any time other than between 10 pm and 7:30 am. Why not try it out whilst the children are busy playing on the football table indoors?
