The bar at The Inn on the Wye is comfortably furnished and has
leather settees to sink into in one area. Food is served in the
bistro, located in the bar area all
day, every day from 12:00 noon until 9:30 pm and a snack menu
is available from the bar. This dining area can seat approximately
fifty persons. There is also a separate, glazed conservatory dining
area seating up to fourteen persons, which is also available for
use as a private meeting room.
The
beer garden at The Inn on the Wye is the ideal place to take in
outstanding views of both Goodrich Castle and the River Wye.
Restaurant
and bar menus are available every evening from 6.30pm, last orders
at 9:00 PM The food is fresh, local and sensibly priced with a
wide range dishes from Ham & Eggs to Grilled Rib Steak Head Chef
Robin Biddlecomb prides himself on providing adaptable flexible
dishes that can appeal to people with special dietary requirements
such as coeliacs and vegans. The restaurant area, which can seat
up to fifty persons is also open on Sundays between the hours
of 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM to cater for those who enjoy an excellent,
traditional Sunday roast lunch.

The
Inn on the Wye welcomes all visitors and is a popular place for
those who enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside of the Wye
Valley and those who are canoeing their way down to Symonds Yat.
Due to its location, the hotel is the perfect place to stop to
have a relaxing break before continuing on your journey and as
the proprietors are very pet friendly, you are more than welcome
to bring your dog with you.
The
accommodation at The Inn on the Wye comprises ten rooms in all,
including two twin rooms, six double rooms plus two four poster
bedded rooms. All of the rooms are en suite with shower, WC and
basin and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and
direct dial telephone with internet access. Your pet is welcome
to share your room. All of the rooms are non smoking areas, but
smoking is permitted in the bar.
The
function room at The Inn on the Wye has its own separate entrance
and can seat up to 120 guests for a formal dinner. It is the perfect
setting for a wedding reception and has its own beautifully kept
garden, which is exclusive to users of the function room is ideal
for wedding photographs.
