JD's
Café is a homely café which is situated in Broad Street
in the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye. The café can
seat up to thirty two people and is very popular with local residents
as well as enjoying regular custom from visitors to the town who
enjoy the cheerful welcome and friendly atmosphere, not to mention
the great food.
All
meals at JD's café are cooked to order and the freshly griddle
cooked breakfasts (7 or 11 items) are bound to leave you feeling
satisfied. It is said that the burgers, which come with a choice
of free toppings are the best in town. There is also a good range
of home-made dishes including Lasagne and Chilli con Carne available
and you'll be spoilt for choice when deciding upon a filling for
an oven cooked jacket potato or one of the café's popular
3 egg omelettes. Choose from these and a whole host of other tasty
snacks or simply enjoy one of the good range of teas and coffees
in relaxed surroundings. JD's Café is licensed, so you may
like to indulge in a glass of wine or beer with your meal; or why
not wash down a lovely Ploughmans Lunch with a glass of locally
produced cider?
JD's
Café is open seven days per week throughout the summer months
from 9:30 am Monday to Saturday and from 11am on a Sunday. Wheelchair
and pushchair access is available and if you have a small child,
there is a highchair which you are welcome to use. There is a small
outdoor seating area, where you are welcome to bring your dog. Parking
is not a problem as there is a large car park to the rear of the
premises.
JD's
is easy to find. Just look out for the colourful graffiti art on
the outside wall as you approach the end of Broad Street. JD's has
more than a lovely café to offer visitors to Ross-on-Wye.
