Important Notice - Waste Paper - Please Help the Samaritans!
|
|
The
Samaritans were instrumental in setting up the first waste
paper recycling facility in Ross, and until recently had
a collection skip in the car park at Safeway, which is
now Morrisons.
This
notice is to advise that The Samaritan Waste Paper Skip
has now been relocated to the Red Meadow Car Park near
the swimming pool, with easy access and parking. The entire
proceeds from this recycling project go towards funding
the local Samaritan Centre in Hereford.
The
Hereford Samaritan centre receives in the region of 300
calls per week from local people facing a crisis, and
your ongoing support by taking your newspapers and magazines
to the skip, located in the swimming pool car park will
be greatly appreciated.
The
telephone number for anybody facing a crisis is 01432
269000 (24 hours).

Due to cuisine prepared by Chef, James Arbourne, Bridge
House Hotel at Wilton has been awarded another
Rosette by the AA, giving them a Two Rosette rating. The
AA report on 'Bridge House' said, 'Dinner provided a highlight
of this visit where in addition to professional and efficient
service, a selection of carefully prepared, good quality
seasonal produce proved to be well deserving of the new
award of Two Rosettes. We look forward to returning to monitor
further progress. Food is a great strength of the hotel.'
