Letters
and photos from Laura Howells

Laura
Howells of Ross emailed me twice recently regarding Wyenot
News. The second time she included some photographs one
of herself and her niece, Aleesha, aged 2 in the snow, the
second photo is of Cawdor Arch on Thursday last. Laura enjoys
photography and will be sending in more photos in the future.
Laura's
emails
'I
was just once again browsing Wyenot.com and I just thought
that I had to mention something. I don't know if you get
praised for your work etc, so I thought I would. I think
that you are a fantastic photographer, and all the work
that you put into this site is amazing. So I personally
would like to thank you for an enjoyable read.'
'Hi
its Laura Howells again, I thought maybe with all this snow
I could help you with a few photos of my own as you are
so busy :) Aunty Laura and Aleesha aged 2.'

Ashfield
Care Launch New Home Care Service
|
|
Ashfield

class care in local residential homes. They have now launched
a new home care service to provide personal care for elderly
or disabled people in their own homes. The staff can assist
with getting up, putting to bed and preparing light meals,
enabling people to stay at home with assistance, rather
than go into residential care.
Ashfield
Care are registered with the C.S.C.I, which is the inspection
body for care and nursing and they are fully insured for
this service.
There
is a brochure for this service available free upon request.
To obtain your copy please contact Rosemary Hemingway on
01989 565309 or 07778 317452. Rosemary will also be more
than happy to pay you a no obligation visit by arrangement,
if preferred.

If
you think it was cold in Ross . . .
|
|
Thank
you to Pete Alker for sending in the photo below from Canada.
Pete, who used to live in Ross-on-Wye said, 'I guess you
will be putting in some photographs of the snow this week
so here is one of our beach taken this afternoon. It was
on the cool side.'
Now
there's some real 'Nanook of the North' weather!
