Ross
Parish Church, St. Mary's celebrated the feast day of their
Patronal Saint, the Blessed Virgin Mary on Sunday with a
fund-raising cider festival. As Ross Town Band played, various
attractions and stalls provided plenty for the visitor to
enjoy and a free glass of Broome
Farm cider was given to all who purchased raffle tickets.

Dean Fulford

|
It is with great sadness that we announce the funeral of
Dean Fulford. Dean died on Monday, 20th August, in an accident
just one week before his 17th birthday.
Dean's funeral will take place at Hereford Crematorium on
Friday, 14th September at 12 Noon. All of Dean's friends
are welcome to attend and flowers may be taken there.
Our
thoughts are with his family at this time.

I
did not know Dean Fulford very well but he was a good friend
of Alan's daughter Sarah's and of my son 'Kev's.' Everybody
I know that knew him simply said, 'He was lovely.' I wrote
this song for Dean hopefully, somewhere he will hear it
and know that his friends and his family love him and are
going to miss him so much.
Ride
on through the wind, ride on through the rain,
Ride on in a cloudless sky
Like the last time we saw you again.
