Darcie is Ross Carnival Princess 2008

Congratulations to Darcie who has been selected as the Ross Carnival Princess for 2008. Darcie, along with approximately 19 other beautiful young ladies took part in a contest at the Larruperz Centre on Sunday, 18th May. The girls were introduced by Colin Gray of Ross Carnival Committee before they were asked a series of questions by the judges. It was difficult to choose between the girls, but in the end it was decided that Darcie would be the Princess and that Tabitha and Adele would be her attendants on Carnival Day. All of the girls who took part are invited to dress up again and sit on the Carnival Princesses float on Saturday 2nd August.
