Hairy Bikers came to Ross-on-Wye on Tuesday to film part
of their new television series, The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour
of Britain, which is to be screened on BBC2 in the late

filming at the Bridge
at Wilton, where they had challenged chef James Arbourne
to a cook off. Simon and David had presented hotel proprietors
Jane and Mike Pritchard with their 'Restaurant of the Year'
award at the Flavours of Herefordshire awards last October
and it was decided that there was no better venue for their
Herefordshire episode than The Bridge.
Bonny, Associate Producer happily talked to us about the
series and why The Bridge was chosen for the new series.

the Bridge for its excellent food with the emphasis on using
locally produced ingredients. (James insists on it.) You
can hear more of what the new series is about and why the
Bridge was the chosen venue in the recorded interview with
John, which can be found below the photograph.
