Gordon Lucas was extremely pleased to see over 60 motorcycles at Ross Market House on Bank Holiday Monday, making his annual vintage motorcycle display one of the best ever. The proud owners of these magnificent machines were more than happy to let the public take a closer look at their prized possessions, whilst they themselves enjoyed looking at the other exhibits.

Gordon's wife, Margaret, always provides sustenance to those taking part in this great event, which the Norton Owners Club have fondly nicknamed, 'Margaret's Beef and Dripping Run' and Gordon presented a prize to the owner of the best Norton. The winner was Dave Catton with his 1922 model 16H combination machine.
