Last
week was National Family week and there were lots of activities
taking place throughout the region encouraging families
to spend some quality time together.
A
family fun day was held at Much Birch Primary School on
Saturday and there were lots of stalls and activities for
families to enjoy and Mayor of Hereford, Anna Toon and her
husband David were there to watch the fun. There was also
an attempt at becoming the new Guinness Book of World Records
champions for the world's biggest three-legged race, which
Jesse Norman MP had been invited to invigilate.
Children's
entertainer, Mad Dominic kept everybody amused with his
tricks and witty banter and on several occasions, he called
upon Jesse to help with his hilarious antics.
Jesse
spoke to us during the event about the fun day as well as
some of the things he will be fighting for to ensure that
Herefordshire gets a fair deal.
