August Bank Holiday Monday brought around thirty cars, lorries, tractors and motorcycles to the annual Classic Vehicle Road Run held at the Yew Tree Inn, Peterstow in aid of two charities; the Friends of Ross Community Hospital and the Midlands Air Ambulance.

The vehicles made a fine sight as they left the Yew Tree and all entrants enjoyed a wonderful journey through the Herefordshire countryside. They stopped midway for some excellent fayre at The Plough Inn, Little Dewchurch before making their way back to the Yew Tree for a barbecue and a raffle. A fantastic amount of £400 was raised on the day which will be added to funds already raised and will be presented at a later date.
