What I hope you are seeing during this second test for the possible introduction of web television to Wyenot News is a short clip from the footage I took during the flood in Ross-on-Wye, which occurred on 8th December 2000.

Video filming is not really my thing - the stills photography was foremost in my mind on this day, which occurred during the very early days of 'Wyenot.com', so the clip is very shaky as I hand-held the video camera.

The video resolution in this clip is also very low as I reduced it drastically, to get the bandwidth down to around 5 MB per viewing. If these tests work out OK, I shall free a few moths from my wallet and purchase a huge chunk of expensive extra bandwidth for future Wyenot News use.
