The County Air Ambulance is funded by donations and I have been called to photograph two different events in the past where a cheque has been presented and an air ambulance has been expected to be present. Both times however, an emergency has come up and the helicopter has not been able to make it.

On Saturday, the reverse happened. I was at a Ross Rugby match, expecting to interview the captain after a good season but through unfortunate circumstances, instead I photographed the air ambulance. The event was unexpected and I quickly had to show Tina how to use the video camera whilst I took the stills so you will probably notice us talking in the background.
