Pengethley Manor is a most impressive 18th century building situated in spectacular grounds, surrounded by the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. This historic hotel is ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet there is also much to see and do here. Pengethley Manor is a lovely, romantic venue for a wedding or honeymoon and it's location makes it an ideal place for family holidays with many activities to take part in and interesting places to visit locally. The hotel is also very well equipped to cater for your business conference or meeting.

There are many facilities available to guests at the hotel, including a heated outdoor swimming pool for the summer months, a croquet lawn and a nine hole golf improvement course.

The cuisine at Pengethley Manor has an excellent reputation and has received many accolades. The diverse menus offer a range of dishes to please most tastes. Most of the produce is sourced locally and the herbs used are freshly picked from the hotel's own garden. The menus always include vegetarian dishes and there is a special menu for children. Pengethley Manor boasts one of the best stocked wine cellars in the Shires and houses wine from the hotel's own vineyard. After dinner you may like to take a leisurely stroll around the extensive grounds, or relax in the hotel bar with a night cap before retiring.

There are 25 bedrooms at Pengethley Manor, all of which are beautifully furnished and reflect the historic character of the estate. All of the rooms are en-suite with colour television, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a direct dial telephone. Some of the rooms are furnished with canopied or four poster beds and have a separate lounge or spa bath. There are also specially furnished rooms for disabled guests and pets are welcome at this hotel.
