Personal Information - My Genealogy - Burns Photographs

Below is the only photograph I have of Robert Burns, 1825 to 1894 & Harriette Thwaites, 1830 to 1902. Robert and Harriette were two of my maternal, three times great grandparents. This particular Robert Burns was a chair sawyer by profession but I am led to believe by the more keen genealogists in my family that he was a descendent of a well known Scott of the same name. If he was then the poetry gene did not travel down the line as far as me. I'm afraid that my favourite poem is a Limerick which begins,
'A young mathematician called Paul . . .' thereafter becoming unfit for publication on this web site.
