These photographs were taken during the 1984 Hereford to Ross, 40 mile Ladies Raft Race, during which I was a member of the 'back-up' team for Woodville Warriors. They may be of nostalgic interest to those who took part.

Other than the time spent during the race itself, pulling the Woodville raft in and out of the river, my most vivid memory is of one of the eveningsd at the camp site - the many varied ways there are to climb a marquee supporting pole whilst under the outfluence of incohol. I think upside down and naked was the winner.
