There is an extensive range of teas available at Rose Cottage,
including the usual Earl Grey, Lapsang Souchong and Assam and
some which you are unlikely to find anywhere other than at Rose
Cottage such as Camomile & Lime or Orange, Mango & Cinnamon. Alternatively
you may prefer a nice coffee or a hot chocolate topped with fresh,
whipped cream to go with a slice of delicious home-made cake.
There is also a wide range of cold drinks to choose from and Rose
Cottage is fully licensed, should you prefer a glass of wine or
beer to accompany one of the tasty meals on the menu.
A
terrific choice of filled baguettes are available at Rose Cottage
which come with a whole host of fillings, ranging from bacon and
brie, stilton and cranberry and tuna mayonnaise, to hot sausage
and red onion or ham and sliced egg, amongst many others. As well
as meals, such as a hearty gammon ham with egg and chips being
available, there is a good selection of ploughmans' lunches to
choose from.
Rose
Cottage has a regularly changed 'Specials Board' featuring the
likes of a tasty lasagne, home-made soup or other delicious dish
and a range of childrens' meals are also on the menu.
