The accommodation at the Royal Hotel consists of 18 superbly furnished guest rooms, ranging from luxurious four poster bedded rooms, to double, twin, single and family rooms. All of the guest rooms are en suite with tea and coffee making facilities, radio and direct dial telephone with internet access. All of the rooms also have lovely river views.

Watch the River Wye slowly meander by as you dine in the restaurant on the best of European gourmet food, which is freshly prepared using local produce by chef Gary Dey. The menu at the Royal Hotel is fairly diverse and includes dishes such as Forest of Dean Venison, or Haggis, neeps and tatties in a whisky sauce. There is also a restaurant menu available for children. The Royal Hotel has an extensive wine list and the cellar houses a wide variety of wines from all around the world.
