St. Mary's
Street joins High Street
with Palace Pound
and is one of the routes to St.
Mary's Parish Church. The white building in the left hand
photograph was once a pub called the Hole in the Wall, which
I remember from being nosey and looking through the window when
I first moved to Ross. It was like looking inside a time machine
as, although no longer open, the inside had not been altered
since the 1940s.
The photographs
below were taken during the summer of 2000 but will be updated
soon. It was not until I went to update this page that I realized
I have not yet taken any photographs of the street in 2002.
