The bar has recently undergone major refurbishment and redecoration and has become a very popular, fun bar. The Barrel is one of the largest pubs in Ross-on-Wye and is all on one level providing easy access, not only to the bar, with its wide range of beers, ciders and spirits, but to the darts area, complete with electronic score board and the pool table. There is a patio area to the rear of the building and there is a huge car park adjacent to the pub. The bar is occasionally closed to the public as it is available, by arrangement, for exclusive use for parties and functions. On the upper floor of The Barrel is another room which houses both a full sized snooker table and table tennis table. This room is also available for hire. Continued . . . |
