Trecilla Farm bed and breakfast is an impressive and quiet sixteenth century farmhouse situated in the heart of the countryside at Llangarron, approximately five miles from the town of Ross-on-Wye and eight miles from Monmouth. Just ten minutes away lies the world famous Symonds Yat Rock, affording the most spectacular views of the Wye Valley, including the view point for watching the famous Peregrine Falcons.

The property has been awarded an AA 5 Diamond grading reflecting quality and comfort and attention to detail. All rooms in this beautiful house are tastefully decorated with a baby grand piano in the guests drawing room, which visitors are welcome to play at their leisure. The three guest bedrooms are all en suite, furnished with fine period pieces including a magnificent traditional queen sized four poster in the Victorian room. Trecilla Farm offers central heating, colour television, hairdryer and a generous hospitality tray including fresh fruit and bottled water. A traditional Aga cooked English breakfast is provided, offering local produce including Old Gloucester Black Spot bacon and sausages, free range farm eggs and an interesting selection of home made jams and preserves.

Trecilla Farm has beautifully kept grounds with informal walled gardens, a rose trellis and lawns with an ancient spring-fed stream meandering through. Tony and Anne Dew are Gold Wildlife Action and Green Business Award winners with Herefordshire Nature Trust. Guests are encouraged to observe wildlife from the spacious and comfortably furnished garden room overlooking the fields and there is an adjoining games room, complete with a slate bed snooker table. The property has its own fishing rights on the Garron Brook and arrangements can be made for game fishing on the river Wye. There are many other interests and activities in this AONB area that guests may wish to enjoy, such as canoeing, cycling, horse riding, golfing and walking.
