of both water and woodland, Walnut Tree Cottage is an informal,
licensed guesthouse - the perfect place for you to relax and unwind
in the countryside. Local activities include canoeing, walking,
horse riding and local company Kingfisher Cruises, a short walk
away, provide scenic and informative river tours.
The
five guest rooms, which include three doubles and two twin, all
have central heating, are tastefully furnished and have en suite
facilities. Each room has a colour television, a hospitality tray
and extras, such as all toiletries being provided.
Walnut
Tree Cottage is dog friendly, so you are welcome to arrange to
take your small dog with you when booking a room.

Afternoon
arrivals are welcomed with complimentary tea.
Breakfast is a full, traditional grill however, a light continental
breakfast is available if you prefer. Walnut Tree Cottage cuisine
uses the best local country produce - vegetarian and special diets
can be catered for.
With
the premises being fully licensed and the wine list featuring
a selection from around the world, Walnut Tree Cottage is an ideal
venue to hold an anniversary party, complete with flower arrangements,
chocolates etc.
A
short walking distance away is the Wye
Knot Inn, if you would like to eat out or try locally brewed
beers. If you would like to cross the river on the traditional
rope ferry,
you will find the Saracen's
Head public house.
